Alan Wells is co-founder and president of Bollinger/Wells. Prior to the formation of Bollinger/Wells in 1979, he was a Vice President with Niederhoffer, Cross & Zechauser, Inc. in New York City. Before joining NCZ, Alan was a Lieutenant in the United States Navy. Alan is married with three children.

Randy Wells is a partner at Bollinger/Wells.  He joined the firm full-time in 2001 after consulting for the firm in technology and telecommunications.  Randy is the son of Alan Wells.

Mark Whitney has worked with Bollinger/Wells since 2004. Before joining Bollinger/Wells, Mark was the Managing Director of Group1 Software Asia Pacific. Prior to Group1, Mark was a founder of eGlobal Technology which provided direct equity investments and local sales operations to established US and European software companies entering the Asian markets. Prior to eGlobal Mark was Vice President of Platinum technology and Director of Global R&D and Technology Strategy for the Marketing Information Services Division of D&B. Mark founded SoftNet Corporation in 1981 while studying Finance at the Graduate School of Business at ASU. Mark is married with two children.

Robin Bollinger is a co-founder of Bollinger/Wells. While participating in certain projects with Bollinger/Wells, Robin has also had senior management positions in the SF Bay area with Lucky Stores, Citibank, and several entrepreneurial companies. Prior to Bollinger/Wells, Robin was President of Niederhoffer, Cross & Zeckhauser, Inc. and a commercial loan officer at Citibank. Robin is married with three children.

Austin Lett is a co-founder of Bollinger/Wells. Prior to the formation of Bollinger/Wells, Austin was Treasurer and Director of Corporate Development and Strategic Planning of McGraw-Edison Company in Elgin, Illinois. Before McGraw-Edison, Austin was Corporate Finance Officer and Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at First National Bank of Chicago. Prior to First National Bank of Chicago, Austin was a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy and an assistant professor of engineering at the University of Michigan. Austin is married with two children.

Before joining Bollinger/Wells, Frank was a Corporate Vice President of Acquisitions and Planning with Peabody International Corporation in Stamford, Connecticut. Prior to Peabody, Frank was President of the Merger & Acquisition Division of Niederhoffer, Cross & Zechkhauser, Inc. located in New York City. Before NCZ, Frank was a Commercial Lending Officer with Irving Trust Co./Bank of New York in New York City. Frank is married with four children.
