Alan Wells is co-founder and President of Bollinger/Wells and has been arranging transactions for clients since the firm was founded in 1979. Prior to the formation of Bollinger/Wells, he was a Vice President with Niederhoffer, Cross & Zechauser, Inc. in New York City. Before joining NCZ, Alan was a Lieutenant in the United States Navy. Alan is married with three children.

Randy Wells is Vice President of Bollinger/Wells.  He is responsible for the firm's sales and marketing efforts as well as maintaining relationships with B/W's network of buyers and investors.  Randy joined the firm full-time in 2001 after consulting for the firm in technology and telecommunications.  He is the son of Alan Wells.

B.A. in American History, '01.  Tufts University, Medford, Massachusetts. 

Graduate of the Tuck Business Bridge Program. The Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College, Hanover, New Hampshire.

Mark Whitney has worked with Bollinger/Wells since 2004 and specializes in technology-related and Asian-based opportunities. Before joining Bollinger/Wells, Mark was the Managing Director of Group1 Software Asia Pacific. Prior to Group1, Mark was a founder of eGlobal Technology which provided direct equity investments and local sales operations to established US and European software companies entering the Asian markets. Prior to eGlobal Mark was Vice President of Platinum Technology and Director of Global R&D and Technology Strategy for the Marketing Information Services Division of Dun & Bradstreet. Mark founded SoftNet Corporation in 1981 while studying Finance at the Graduate School of Business at Arizona State University. Mark is married with two children.
